This Privacy Policy explains how GP Easy Redirects (operated by PGS Tech Limited, "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards data when merchants install and use our Shopify application.
2. Information We Access
Upon authorization, our application accesses only standard Shopify store metadata (myshopify domain, merchant contact email, plan type) and storefront 404 traffic telemetry (broken request paths, timestamps, referrers). We strictly do NOT collect, store, or sell any consumer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or customer payment details.
3. How We Use Data
Collected telemetry is utilized strictly to: (a) Execute real-time 301 redirects and AI catalog healing; (b) Populate merchant 404 analytics dashboards; (c) Detect redirect loops; and (d) Provide customer support. We never monetize or distribute merchant data.
4. Security & Data Retention
Redirection rules and telemetry are stored securely on enterprise edge infrastructure. Upon uninstalling the application, merchant data is purged in accordance with Shopify platform data retention mandates.
5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
We strictly adhere to global privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA. As a store owner, you retain full rights to inspect, update, or request permanent deletion of your store’s redirection rules at any time.
